About Airdelay flight compensation assistance

Why Airdelay exists

Every year, many passengers experience disrupted flights but never check whether they may qualify for compensation. The reason is often simple: passenger-rights rules can feel complicated, airline explanations can be unclear, and the claim process can be discouraging.

Our purpose is simple

Airdelay gives passengers a clearer way to understand their options, submit the details that matter, and follow claim progress without unnecessary confusion.

Our mission

Our mission is to make flight compensation claims more accessible, transparent, and manageable for passengers. We believe passengers should be able to understand their rights without needing to decode complex legal wording or chase information across different places.

  • Help passengers understand whether a flight disruption may qualify.
  • Collect the route, airline, timing, and document details needed for review.
  • Keep claim updates easier to follow through an online process.
  • Use clear language instead of aggressive promises or confusing legal wording.

What Airdelay helps with

Airdelay focuses on common flight disruption situations where passenger-rights rules may apply. Eligibility can depend on the route, airline, delay length, cancellation notice, disruption reason, documents, and airline responsibility.

How we work

Airdelay is designed around a straightforward online process. You provide the flight details, passenger information, supporting documents, and authorization needed for review and airline claim handling. If compensation is obtained and paid to Airdelay, we deduct the applicable success fee and transfer-related charges before sending the remaining balance to you.

1

Submit your flight details

Start with your route, airline, travel date, disruption type, and arrival delay information.

2

Provide documents and authorization

Documents such as booking confirmation, ticket, boarding pass, airline messages, or ID may support the claim. Each passenger may also be asked to sign the claim authorization required for airline handling.

3

Follow progress and receive payment

You can receive updates and respond to additional-information requests online. Bank details are requested securely only when a claim reaches the payment stage.

Clear fees and payment handling

Airdelay works on a no-win, no-fee basis. There is no upfront Airdelay success fee for submitting a claim.

25% success fee, including VAT, when compensation is obtained

What happens when compensation is obtained?

If compensation is obtained, Airdelay charges a 25% success fee, including VAT. If no compensation is obtained, Airdelay does not charge that success fee for the claim.

Where the airline pays compensation to Airdelay, we deduct the success fee and any actual transfer-related charges before transferring the remaining balance to the payment details you provide.

Transfer-related charges may include costs imposed by banks, payment providers, intermediary banks, recipient banks, or currency conversion. Full pricing and payment terms are explained in our Terms of Service.

What makes Airdelay different

Airdelay is built to feel clear, modern, and passenger-first. The goal is not to overwhelm passengers with complicated wording, but to guide them through the information that matters.

Clear claim steps

The claim form is structured around eligibility, flight details, documents, and final submission.

Simple explanations

We explain passenger-rights topics in plain language so users can understand the basics before submitting.

Online updates

Claim tracking and follow-up requests are designed to keep passengers informed after submission.
